As the Workplace Experience Manager you will lead our Workplace Experience Team and be responsible for all day-to-day operations at our brand new Dubai HQ, as well as build and remotely oversee operations in our growing European offices, driving the employee workplace experience across the organization.

You really care about employee experience, no task is too small, and you are always anticipating the team’s needs. We are looking for someone who is eager to take on a wide-ranging set of responsibilities, able to lead and coach a team whilst pioneering new and innovative ways to improve office policies, atmosphere and culture.


  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Dubai HQ, and supervise all facility related activities, maintenance, as well as managing third parties who support our European office spaces.
  • Develop and ensure consistent delivery of site services across our workplace to maximize the employee experience while also operating within financial plans
  • Manage vendor relationships including building management, telecommunication providers, insurers, and equipment providers.
  • Partner with People Team and key stakeholders in delivering employee-centric programs, services and events which build company culture and engagement
  • Develop and manage company intranet, overseeing content
  • Inventory management – managing the system that tags and tracks all equipment as company grows, working closely with Finance and People on managing company assets
  • Implement and oversee a workplace management service request system bringing structure and organization to workplace issues and requests.
  • Business continuity – as we are a 24/7 business, managing the continuity processes in the event of facility failures.
  • Support, develop, and coach a small team to execute the highest standard of service, providing learning, growth, and engagement opportunities

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with an emphasis on facilities, office management, corporate services, customer service and event management.
  • Experience with managing a facilities operations team with knowledge of building systems, standard operating procedures and employee services.
  • Experience with workplace management systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft office: Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strategic thinker who is solution orientated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be highly organized, accountable, detail-oriented and possess the ability to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
  • Must be proficient in communicating at all levels in both oral and written form and competent at preparing professional, comprehensive memorandums, letters, reports, documents, files, etc.
