Take ownership of the day-to-day running of our office — ensuring smooth operations, organised logistics, and an efficient, welcoming environment for all staff.
Manage office administration: supplies, facilities, vendor coordination, and general maintenance.
Support onboarding of new employees — coordinating workspace setup, access, office equipment, and liaising with HR & People team.
Work closely with management and People/Operations teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and support an environment where all team members can thrive.
We are looking for someone who brings experience in office management or administrative operations within a fast-paced or international environment. You should be highly organised, attentive to detail and comfortable handling multiple priorities at once. Strong communication skills and a friendly, collaborative approach are essential, as you will be working closely with team members across different departments and cultural backgrounds. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable and naturally inclined to take ownership and improve processes. Experience in corporate, financial or trading environments is an advantage, but not required.
