You'll be at the forefront of growing our brand and leveraging it in order to bring in best-in-market talent.


What you’ll bring to the team


You'll join our People Team, where you will be integral in shaping how we go to market to attract, source, identify, onboard and connect outstanding Talent to Energetech's growth strategy, in our scaling, dynamic and collaborative environment. Through strong internal partnerships, you'll define the best methodologies for hiring and develop and steer talent acquisition to ensure the success of the teams and our scaling business.


What You'll Do


  • Performing full-cycle recruitment for open positions: from sourcing to interviewing, coordinating the hiring process to offer negotiation and relocation consultation.
  • Managing and iterating all aspects of our recruitment process to ensure an outstanding and seamless candidate experience at all times.
  • Managing recruiting databases and tools in structured and timely manners.
  • Being a true Talent Partner to internal and external stakeholders such as recruitment agencies, by not just executing, but liasing, consulting, advising and coaching them.
  • Making sure to always keep candidates updated with their application status & next steps in our recruitment process.
  • Passing on Energetech’s company philosophy, people & culture strategy to candidates and present us as an Employer of Choice.


Who you are …


  • 4+ years of talent acquisition experience. That's a must, ideally within a top-tier tech company or Executive Search firm, with experience in rapid-growth environments, ideally within Trading or Fintech.
  • A passion for building and developing a high-performing teams
  • Skilled with modern tech sourcing and selection techniques and have experience with ATS, Active Sourcing, LinkedIn tools Recruiter, Talent Insights and Boolean Search.
  • Have experience working internationally bringing top-tier talent.
  • A strategic and forward-thinker, with an ability to focus relentlessly on priorities, and systematically deliver extraordinary and sustainable results.
  • Able to operate within a fast-paced environment, handle multiple talent acquisition projects and deadlines
  • Possess the ability to work responsibly with sensitive, confidential information. A high degree of discretion combined with excellent judgement is what’s needed and expected in this role.
  • You are extremely well organised, have great time & project management skills, enabling you to lead projects end-to-end.
