Born and raised in London, Charlotte's first job was actually in a teddy bear factory! She has come a long way since she started her career working with inanimate objects, and now instead of building cuddly toys, she builds cohesive and productive teams. Charlotte is Associate CIPD accredited, holding a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources. With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade in Talent and HR, working in companies such as PwC and Goldman Sachs, Charlotte pivoted her career to specialise working with technology startups and scaleups from Seed to Series C, where she has led the implementation of processes to build out, improve and streamline global Talent and HR functions.
Charlotte’s passion is supporting companies to grow and scale their people operations, whilst creating an environment where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to bring their best selves to work. She is excited to be a part of the Energetech team and help continue to support the companies fun, forward-thinking yet hard working culture.
New to Dubai, Charlotte is excited to try out the very best food that’s on offer (she's already made very good progress, so feel free to hit her up for any recommendations) and is practicing her new mantra of saying “yes” to any new a fun activity or adventure that presents itself.
