Rawan is a specialist in change management, governance, and project delivery on a large range of transformation projects working with global teams and stakeholders within the financial industry, triggering her passion for technological automation of business processes and overall company optimization strategies.
Throughout her studies and career, Rawan has had several opportunities to travel, prompting her desire to work in multinational work environments across the globe and to spend all her spare time exploring new countries and cultures.
